💰 Refund Process
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@devbhoomitours.in
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation
approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
- Free rescheduling allowed if requested 15+ days before departure (subject to availability)
- Rescheduling within 7-14 days incurs a 15% administrative fee
- No rescheduling allowed within 7 days of departure
- Rescheduled trips must be completed within 6 months of original date
❌ Non-Refundable Items
- Special event bookings and festival packages
- Helicopter booking charges (subject to operator's policy)
- Special permits (e.g., Valley of Flowers, certain treks)
- Travel insurance premiums
- Any services already utilized

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no
