1. Definitions

• "Company" refers to DevBhoomi Tours
• "Customer" refers to the person making the booking
• "Services" refers to tours, packages, and travel arrangements provided
• "Booking" refers to reservation of any services

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment (30% of total cost)
• Full payment is due 7 days before the trip start date
• For bookings within 7 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
• Any additional services requested during the trip must be paid directly

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Our detailed cancellation policy is available at Cancellation Policy. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

4. Travel Documents

• Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License)
• For international tourists, valid passport and visa are required
• Any permit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking
• DevBhoomi Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid documents

5. Health & Safety

• Customers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their travel
• For treks and adventure activities, a basic fitness level is required
• We reserve the right to exclude participants from activities for safety reasons
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers
• Customers participate in adventure activities at their own risk

6. Itinerary Changes

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns
• Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided when possible
• No refunds for services not utilized due to reasons beyond our control
• Additional costs arising from changes will be borne by the customer

7. Liability

• DevBhoomi Tours acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers
• We are not liable for actions of third-party service providers (hotels, transport, etc.)
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services booked
• Force majeure events release us from all obligations

8. Customer Conduct

• Customers must behave responsibly and respect local customs and environment
• Consumption of alcohol/drugs during treks and adventure activities is prohibited
• We reserve the right to terminate services for misconduct without refund
• Customers are liable for any damage caused to property

9. Complaints

• Complaints should be reported to our team immediately during the trip
• Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of trip completion
• We will respond to all complaints within 14 business days

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
